Guadalupe “Lupe” Mayo is presently the Academic Dean at Baxter Institute. Lupe also teaches subjects related to counseling and psychology.

He is the director of the student’s fourth year PAM Internship and Director of the fifth year on-line virtual program. The program counts graduates in more than ten different countries.

Lupe was born in the state of Guerrero, Mexico. He has been married to Patricia Izaguirre since 2007 and together they have two children, Isaí and Santiago.

Lupe was baptized in a Hispanic congregation in the United States. After finishing high school he returned to Latin America to study at Baxter Institute, graduating in 2006. The following year he became the youngest Baxter professor at age 23. In 2018 Lupe finished his Master’s Degree as a Family Therapist. Presently, he also serves as Bible teacher at the Kennedy Church of Christ in Tegucigalpa.
