Baxter Community

The Baxter Institute community, made up of students, teachers, administrative, maintenance, and medical and dental clinic staff, is a diverse and committed team. Each one, with their particular roles, collaborates in harmony to fulfill the fundamental mission of the institute.

This mission comprehensively equips men and women from diverse backgrounds with the knowledge, skills, and calling to preach the gospel effectively in Latin America, primarily through a rigorous program of biblical study that offers solid and practical theological training.

In addition to the educational, the Baxter Institute community is dedicated to serving the most needy and vulnerable sectors of society. This vocation of service is materialized through the medical and dental clinic, where health professionals provide comprehensive and quality care to people with limited resources. This service is complemented by a nutrition program, carefully designed to address the nutritional needs of those who suffer from malnutrition or food insecurity, thus contributing to improving their health and general well-being.
