PAM Internship
Programa de Aprendizaje Misionero (PAM)
Programa de Aprendizaje Misionero (PAM) can be translated into English as Missionary Learning Program. It is a five-month internship program for Baxter students at the end of their senior year. The goal of this program is to give the student the opportunity to be involved in full-time ministry. Students are assigned to a congregation in Honduras or a neighboring country where they serve under the direction of the church leaders.
This hands-on learning experience follows the model of Jesus with His disciples. He trained them and then sent them out on their own limited mission, Matthew 10:1-15. Coordinating this ministry experience is our Professor Ramón Avila.
