5 communities, over 450 people served, and a week dedicated to service and hope.

We hosted a medical mission from VCOM

From March 30 to April 3, we hosted a medical mission comprised of 54 members from VCOM , hailing from the Virginia and Carolinas campuses . Alongside our local clinic team, they provided medical care to five communities in Francisco Morazán : Iglesia Cristo de Mateo, La Brea (Lepaterique), Macuelizo (Valle de Ángeles), Jutiapa, and the Villa de Morales neighborhood. During these sessions, we offered comprehensive care through services such as general medicine, gynecology and cytology, pharmacy, ultrasounds, EKGs , eyeglasses distribution, and physical therapy.

In total, approximately 450 people were treated. We also provided essential medications for the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, infections, and musculoskeletal pain, among other common conditions. These missions reflect the power of collaboration, service, and compassion, bringing healthcare to communities with limited access and strengthening our commitment to continue supporting patients through our clinic.
