As of late November, Inversions J.C<\/strong>., the project’s general contractor, is going all out! Meeting all requirements and obtaining necessary permits has taken much longer than originally anticipated, but Inversions is working hard to make of at least some of the time. After many months of delay, and what seemed like endless meetings, construction is finally underway.

A great deal of extra effort was put forth by Leonel Juarez<\/strong>, owner of Inversiones J.C.<\/strong> construction to deal with permitting issues. His efforts paid off and are greatly appr

Since November 2023, crews have completed the site work including debris removal, tree removal, and temporary utilities. Most of the underground site work has been completed including drainage, electrical, and data conduits. The construction shack and staging areas have been setup and there is a constant flow of building materials being delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n
