He joined the Baxter staff in 2004. <br><br>Martin has a degree in communications and journalism from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de Honduras. He has been certified in the area of \u200b\u200baudiovisual production and post-production and graphic design, as well as web development. Presently, he is a professor at Baxter and coordinates the online certification programs department. <br><br>He also coordinates services for Baxter graduates, an activity that he enjoys doing. He is married to \u00c1ngela Castellanos. They have two sons, Josu\u00e9 and Erick. As a family they support the prison ministry and the reintegration program of the Church of Christ on First Avenue in Comayag\u00fcela.
