Following graduation. Ronny became Baxter&#8217;s Director of Group Activities.  Much of his work is related to groups visiting the Baxter campus such as medical brigades and North American mission groups.<br><br>Since graduating from Baxter, Ronnie has filled some full-time and part-time ministries including work as a missionary in the Church of Christ in Barquisimeto Centro, Venezuela in in 2001.  From 2003-2010 he served as youth minister for the Church of Christ in the Kennedy neighborhood of Tegucigalpa near Baxter&#8217;s campus. From 2011 to 2019 he served as Head of Human Resources for several companies in Tegucigalpa.<br><br>Ronny work includes Director of Admissions and teacher.  He received a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Psychology and is currently completing a master&#8217;s degree in Psychology and Educational Assessment.<br><br>I am married to Angie Melissa Bardales and we are expecting our first child. For this and many other things, I am grateful to God because He has always been present at every stage of my life.
